Aldershot Town Football Club is an association football club based in Aldershot, Hampshire, England, founded in the spring of 1992 just after the closure of debt-ridden Fourth Division club Aldershot Football Club. The latter, founded in 1926, had been a League member since 1932 and was a founder member of Division Four.
Aldershot Town play at the Recreation Ground in Aldershot and compete in Football League Two after winning promotion back to the Football League on 15 April 2008 by winning the Conference National.[1]
