How to place your order
BFF loves shopping as much as you do – and that’s why we’re open 24/7! To order, simply add the items to your cart, select check out, then follow the 4 prompts to enter your shipping details, payment information, and any comments. Click, click and click, shopping can never be easier:
- Add item(s) to your shopping cart
- Click checkout when you’ve done shopping
- Confirm your order. You can add additional instructions such as requesting an exclusive customized gift wrapping from us with a minimum charge of only RM3. Then click on “click here to buy using cheque or other”to proceed.
- An information about Payment will be displayed. If your delivery address and contact details are different from your billing address, please take some time to fill up the delivery and contact details. Then click “confirm order”.
- Now your order is confirmed. You will receive an email on payment instruction from us shortly after this. We suggest that you print out the purchase order form for your own reference.
- Make your payment. You can use online fund transfer (maybank2U, CIMBClicks..etc), ATM cash deposit, or cash/cheque deposit at your nearest Maybank counter.
Once payment is made, please email us at babysfashionfling@gmail.com the payment details like:-

We accept online account transfer, bank-in cheques, or ATM fund deposit.

Opening hours
Don’t have time to shop at working hours? You can order online anytime! General business hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Outside of business hours e-mail are checked and responded to regularly.
Delivery
Charges
You see most items of BFF are stored in our Taiwan’s store and we really want to share our divine products with you so regardless of the sizes or the weights of your ordered items, delivery is now charged at a flat rate of only RM7.00 both in East Malaysia and Peninsular Malaysia. We don’t mind bearing extra posting costs on our end, so what are you waiting for?
Means of Delivery
Air Mail: Delivery is typically 6-11 business days.
EMS: Should you request an EMS delivery, please mention it in the checkout comment. Please take notice that EMS expenses is fully covered on your end. We will recalculate the total amount you should pay and email to confirm with you. EMS delivery normally takes 2-3 business days. Very remote locations might take a little bit longer.
How long can I receive my BFF?
Delivery day is on every Tuesday and Friday of the week. Should your payment be cleared on the delivery day, your item will be delivered on the next delivery day. We will let you know if we anticipate any delay.
Please take account of most BFF items are stored in our Taiwan warehouse, and they need to take a flight to get to your doorstep, so please be understand that the longer-than-usual delivery time.
Return & Exchange Policy
All goods sold are non-exchangeable & non-refundable. Please rest assured that all items will be checked thoroughly and carefully before sending out to our beloved customers.
Due to different computers' settings, items pictures may be vary from its original colors. Hence, we do not accept return or exchange due to color differences.
Damaged Items
- However, should the items are damaged upon receiving, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare indeed. Should it occur we will minimise any inconvenience and work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis; replacement, refund, . . whatever works best for you.

How to make a return
Step 1
Contact us:

- Please take some photos on the damaged items, preferably a zoom in photo on the damaged part is included, and email us within 3 days upon receiving your parcel.
Step 2
- Once we are confirmed that the items are exchangeable/refundable, items must be returned within 3 working days upon confirmation is made. Please inform us right away after you’ve sent the damaged items in order for us to trace the parcel. We will treat it as you’ve changed your mind if we did not hear from you within 3 working days. Items returned must be unworn / unused. Or else the exchange/refund will not be preceded.
- When items are received, we’ll proceed with the exchange/refund immediately.
- We will cover all expenses in the process. Return postage of a flat RM7.00 will be banked in to your bank account when items are received.
Exchanges: Your requested exchange items will be sent to you shortly after the returned items are received.
Refund: Once returned items are received your refund will be processed. We will bank in the refund to your appointed bank account.
