We guarantee all our *products as fault free, and will replace and refund all return shipping costs of any faulty product. No item must be returned, without receiving prior Authorization.

Non-defective returns: A restocking fee of 5% (min. £2) applies to all non-defective products returned for exchange within the first 30 days after purchase. All actual shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 15% (min. £5) applies to all non-defective products returned for refunds within the first 30 days after purchase. All actual shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns must be received by us in stock condition and with original packing. We reserve the right to charge a higher restocking fee on goods returned, which are not in stock condition.
No item must be returned, without receiving prior Authorization.
Restocking and shipping charges do not apply to any items being returned due to faults.
