DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a shipment and discover damage to it, NOTIFY THE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY
. DO NOT return merchandise to us until notified to do so by the carrier. Retain all packaging materials including Styrofoam peanuts, inner and outer cartons, labeling, etc. for inspection by the carrier-without this, your claim may be denied. With shipments properly packaged (as all our shipments are), the ultimate responsibility for delivery in good condition rests with the carrier.
ChargeBack via Credit Card Company: Due to the intense amount of credit card fraud we have experienced in the past, under NO circumstances shall the cardholder , their representative pursue a Chargeback. As a purchaser thru this webstore directly or indirectly you
as the buyer/ cardholder waive your credit card rights to any form of a Chargeback by purchasing using any form of credit card or the likeness thereof.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Defective items should be returned to G5 or the Manufacturer for Warranty Repair or replacement, at the option of G5. In no instances shall a chargeback be permitted. As a purchaser you agree to this when you (the Credit Card holder) purchase from thru this webstore.
RETURNS: In order to maintain lowest possible prices, and due to the fact that returned items cannot be sold as New Equipment, G5 is unable to offer Free Trial or Evaluation of parts. Once in your possession, if any part is altered
in any manner , no return or credit shall be allowed. If a claim is permitted, an AUTHORIZED return of merchandise for
credit will be subject to a
30% restocking FEE , and " all " shipping related costs shall be prepaid by the buyer. Item(s) must be returned by the following guidelines:
A) If part(s) were crated they must be returned in a crate which meets the "fully insured" guidelines of the shipping company , with NEW packing material , and the insured value will be set at the original purchase price from G5 or no credit will be accepted.
B) If part(s) were "boxed" they must be returned in a "NEW" box which meets or exceeds the "Fully insured" guidelines of the shipping company with new packing material , and the insured value will be set at the original purchase price from G5 or no credit will be accepted.
Parts must be in the same condition and received WITHIN 10 DAYS, prepaid, with a copy of your purchase invoice or email verification and a note describing the reason for return. All parts are photo documented prior to leaving our faculty. NO returns on ANY mechanical components, or electrical items no exceptions.
