Some product lines will have lead times in red noted in the listing. This means that we are awaiting supply of a full size run in that style. Such items are available to order, but customers should note that the item will take approximately the indicated time to be delivered.
Very rarely we might be awaiting stock of particular sizes of an In Stock line and not indicate such in the size options in the listing. However, if you do order a size that is on backorder, we will notify you within 24 hours. We will endeavour to offer an alternative or the chance to wait for that item, which rarely takes more than 3 weeks often less. We also offer a refund as a last resort in such a situation.
