Lauriston S. Taylor's "Organization for Radiation Protection: The Operations of the ICRP and NCRP 1928-1974"
This is a history book, with extensive transcription of a myriad of previously unpublished source documents. If you're interested in the history of radiation protection, this is a book you'll enjoy. It was assembled with the help of a grant from National Library of Medicine and published in 1979 by the USDOE. It is one of the few books I've seen published by the government that is covered by a copyright. It is a massive book -- over four inches thick. When it first came out, I bought two copies so I could transfer the info to my own 4x6 card filing system by cutting and taping. I'm happy to be able to sell the extra copy here.
