About Of One Accord
Of One Accord blends the sweet-sounding harmonies of good old-fashioned southern gospel music with a contemporary feeling to make each concert a musical experience. From old standards like Roll on Jordan to a host of new songs like Come Out Of The Wilderness and At The Corner Of Mercy And Grace, Of One Accord has a message in song for everyone.
Of One Accord makes its home in Frisco, Texas, just north of Dallas. Its members founded the group as a non-profit ministry to reach the lost and encourage believers through the ministry of southern gospel music and the testimonies of each group member. All of the group members hail from Texas, including David McMahon of Frisco, Darrin Bruner of Tioga, Ben Posey of McKinney, and John Graves of Richardson.
Since its inception in 2004, the group has performed for churches, festivals and home-goings across the nation. Additionally, the group has sung for many showcases at the National Quartet Convention in Louisville, Kentucky. They have appeared in concerts with many national gospel artists, including The Hoppers, The Kingdom Heirs, The Imperials, The Blackwoods, Palmetto State Quartet, Karen Peck & New River, Kevin Spencer & Friends, The Dixie Melody Boys, Mark Bishop, Michael English, Sherry Farmer, Lulu Roman, and Ken Turner.
Each member shares a deep love of southern gospel music. The timeless message found in these rich harmonies impacts each of their lives and they want to share that message with everyone.
