Delivery - you have the following options available for delivery,

• SKF Club pick up from your instructor which is **FREE**. You will be contacted with pick-up information. (Ignore delivery address same as billing address tick box when checking out).

• Recorded 1st Class Delivery – cost varies depending on weight of item(s) but priced at a well reasoned cost and your item(s) will be sent straight away 1st class as soon as in stock.

• World Wide Delivery – varies depending on weight, your item(s) will be sent straight away as soon as in stock.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive but most customers receive their orders within 1 week. Our supplier’s guarantee fast shipment of any products we don’t hold in stock for immediate delivery to us to pass onto our customers. Any personalized items may take longer due to their customization, however we will always do our best if needed by a certain date / event so just ask.

Payment – Once you have chosen your items, added them to your basket and proceeded to check out you can complete your order with payment via pay pal. You don’t need to have a pay pal account, just a credit or debit card to complete payment. Items will not be sent / delivered until payment is cleared.

All stock must be as originally delivered.

Refunds – SKF Kick Shop will provide refunds if goods are to be found faulty (due to manufacture), incorrect size or wrongly delivered. However we provide a super service and very, very few items are ever returned and in most of these unusual cases replaced.
