A complete custom-designed scholarship program will include everything you need to get started right away, i.e., the application, scholarship program guidelines, scholarship policies and procedures, and step-by-step instructions on how to administer your scholarship program with tips for best practices for maintaining your applicant pool.
Plan A:
Scope of Work: “S4U” is hereby retained to prepare a custom-designed scholarship program to include: Step-by-step instructions; up to 10 copies of the Application Form and one electronic copy; Application Status Format; Scholarship Offer Letter; Scholarship Acceptance form; Scholarship Committee Evaluation Form; Sample letter to send scholarship award check to perspective college; Scholarship Rules and Scholarship Probation Information, if requested by Client; and helpful tips for a smooth transition and operation of your custom-designed scholarship program.
Fees, Payment and Terms: "Client" agrees to pay a one-time set up fee of $1,000 to "S4U" per account and separately from the scholarship fund account. "Client" also agrees to pay six percent (6%) of the total scholarship fund for the scope of work to custom design the scholarship program. One half of the entire sum of six percent (6%) is due a minimum of thirty days after purchase of Plan A.
