Shipping Policy:
Orders can be picked up at any of our 16 clinic locations at no cost.  Clinic deliveries occur on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

Orders can also be shipped via FedEx Ground for an additional fee.

Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Return/Exchange Policy:
You can return online purchases to our retail location (9301 Pinecroft Dr. Suite 100 The Woodlands, TX 77380), or by mail for a refund or item exchange.  ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED FROM ANY OTHER ALLERGY & ASTHMA CLINIC LOCATION.  Items can be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. 

Follow these steps to return your purchase by mail:  

 

 

  • Pack your return in the original package if possible.
  • Include the “Return/Exchange” form and indicate reason for return/exchange (this form can be found on line at www.texallergy.com if you cannot locate the copy you received with your shipment).
  • Include all original package materials, manuals and accessories to avoid additional fees.
  • For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS or FedEx.

If you are returning an item that is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped, we strongly recommend you bring this item to our retail location for expedited service.  If you prefer to mail it, we will cover all reasonable and customary ground fees.

Non-returnable items include:

 

  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse.

  • Any consumed products from the "Personal Care" or "Home Care" product groups.

  • Any "Mattress Encasing" or "Pillow Encasing" with evidence of use or washing.
