9pm until 2am

Mistley is famous for the 17th Century Witchfinder General 'Matthew Hopkins'

In 1644 he set about his witch hunts on the local community until his death in 1647. Although it is said he is buried at Mistley Heath, recent archiological evidence suggests he may actually be buried in the area we will be visiting.

Paranormal Activity

3 apparitions are seen around the ducking pond, they are said to be the ghosts of Hopkins victims. This is where locals say Hopkins headquaters were!

Along Mistley hopping bridge an apparition has been seen wearing 17th century clothing.

Screams are heard from the beach beyond the bridge. Is this the sound of Elizabeth Clarke wanting revenge on Hopkins for having her executed?

An image of an out of control hearse carriage has been seen hurtling towards the bridge then disappear!

Tickets are priced at 38 per person and this doesn't include transport to or from the event location.
