1. Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. Please make sure you choose the appropriate postage band. If you want us to ship with USPS airmail without a tracking number, we will email the customs declaration number to you. We will not be responsible if your shipment is delayed or lost. Alternatively, you may also place your order by phone, fax or email, and we will generate an invoice for you with Google Checkout that includes an international shipping quote. We will email you your international quote which also doubles as an invoice. Sign into your Google Checkout account to confirm payment of the quote and shipping details. We will then fill your order and ship.
2. Return Policy
- If you are not satisfied with you purchase, return the merchandise within 7 business days of receipt for a full refund.
Exception: All Custom engraving charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Buyer pays for return shipping. In the USA return shipments must be made via USPS first class mail parcel with a delivery confirmation/tracking number or priority mail with a delivery confirmation receipt/tracking number.
3. Shipping Policy
- Shipping method and charges are at seller's discretion. Most orders within the US are processed within 5 business days and ship for a flat shipping & handling fee of $3.50 dollars (1-3 mutes) via USPS first class mail parcel with delivery confirmation/tracking number or $6.55 (4-10 mutes) via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation/tracking number.
International customers may request a shipping quote before placing an order.
