TERMS

1. This agreement constitutes a contract for photographs, and/or albums or prints commissioned, between the signed, hereinafter referred to as the "Client", and Andy Beattie Photography, hereinafter referred to as the "Photographer” where it is understood that any images remain the property of the Photographer and may be used for advertising, display, or any non-derogatory purpose by the Photographer (as is stated by UK law)
2. The Booking Fee is required to secure the date, and is non-refundable after 48 hours from the booking due to the reservation being made public, the remainder may be paid in instalments
   • Wedding = £100
   • Event = £100
   • PhotoShoot = £50
   • Portrait = £25
3. The Client agrees to pay the full balance prior to the booked date (unless agreed otherwise)
   • Wedding = 14 days before
   • Event = 7 days before
   • PhotoShoot = on the day
4. If the event is cancelled (Wedding = within 3 months, Event = 1 month, PhotoShoot = 1 week) of the booked date, the Client is still liable to pay the remaining balance of the contract due to the high probability that the Photographer will not be able to further book the date
5. Although every care will be taken with the images, any liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver images for any reason shall be limited to the return of any payment made (excluding Booking Fee)
6. The Client agrees that no other photographer (professional or amateur) shall be allowed to restrict or hinder the Photographer (this is not a restriction on guests taking photos, they will be allowed time to take them after the Photographer has got the commissioned images, i.e. the Photographer cannot be held responsible for a guest’s phone or ipad blocking a photo), a breach of this may constitute;
   • A reason for non-completion of the contract with no further liability to the Photographer
   • A loss of any payment made with no further liability to the Photographer
7. Should the Photographer be unable to perform due to fire, or other casualty, strike, or any other cause beyond the control of either parties, due to the Photographer’s illness or injury, then the Photographer shall return any payment made by the Client (excluding any unrecoverable expenses; includes travel and/or accommodation expenses already made), and shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. The limitation shall also apply in the event any images are lost or damaged, through equipment malfunction, postal error, or otherwise, limited to any fee already paid
8. Arrangements may be discussed between the Client and the Photographer by phone or in writing (email, text or letter), and a cancellation must be in writing by letter
9. A discretionary refund may be eligible on cancellations more than;
   • Wedding = 28 days before the booked date
   • Event = 28 days before the booked date
   • PhotoShoot = 7 days before the booked date
10. No images will be made available until the balance is cleared in full
11. All terms of this agreement are understood and agreed upon

• Weddings = up to 8 weeks (usually within 2)

• PhotoShoots = up to 4 weeks (usually within 2)

Delivery after order is placed;

• Photos = up to 14 days
• Canvas = up to 21 days
• Photo Book = up to 21 days
• Album = up to 28 days
