Key Allocation:

When you have successfully purchased your room booking, you will be contacted by the Infest Accommodation Administrator with an email form to complete, which is needed for room key allocation. The form will ask for personal contact details that we are required to collect by the owners of the building in which you will be staying. You can help speed up this process by giving us the full names of each person who will be staying, their home addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses in the PayPal additional notes field at our PayPal checkout.

Once We have gathered all of the details regarding each individual staying for your booking, we will send you email confirmation detailing key collection, check-in and check-out times, and any other information needed for your stay.

We will only use your personal information for the purposes of your booking; please see our Privacy Policy for more information on use and storage of your personal data.

Damage Deposit:

The price of your booking includes a Damage Deposit of £30, which will be returned to you after the event, subject to no damage being identified and all keys being returned correctly.

Use the Dropdown menu below to nominate your preferred method of return for the deposit. PayPal is only available for those paying with a PayPal Account (not Debit / Credit Card). If you choose PayPal but then pay by Credit / Debit Card, we will assume that you want a Cheque & 1st Class Post which attracts a £1 fee. In this instance we will be deduct the fee from any returned amount.
