Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns for items that are clearly labelled as shop soiled or seconds except where they are damaged during shipping. We strongly advise that you check your item upon signing for them (You are within your legal rights to check the goods are not damaged before signing for them. If you sign for goods without checking the item condition , sign as Unchecked Item)

If you order goods that are the wrong size, you can return them to us, at your expense, you will be billed for postage for the replacement. Please indicate what size you need to replace them with. Before sending the items please contact us on 07796891738.

Any wrong sized items must be returned in their original packaging at your expense within 7 days. We regret that we cannot accept the return of goods which have had the tags removed. Once we have checked that the returned goods are in pristine condition we will refund the cost of the item Only.

lingerie items cannot be returned for higeine reasons, unless in sealed un opened original package.

We guarantee our goods for a minimum period of 28 days from the date of purchase. Faulty goods can be returned, at your cost, for up to 7 days for a refund.
