Stock Control

The Stock Control section allow you to see your current levels of stock should you choose to use it.

How to Manage Stock

• Log into your Free Webstore Control Panel and select Stock Control from the Main Menu.
• Find the product for which you would like to manage stock.
• Click the Manage Stock link.
• To update the current stock level, enter the number into the Update Stock field.
• Click Save.

Stock List Report

• Log into your Free Webstore Control Panel and select Stock Control from the Main Menu.
• Click on the Stock List Report button at the top-right to open a PDF stock report.

Stock Options

• Log into your Free Webstore Control Panel and select Stock Control from the Main Menu.
• Click the Stock Control Options dropdown menu and select on of the following:
  • Always Show Stock – Use this option to ignore current stock levels and always display all of your products on your webstore.
  • Hide Out of Stock Products – Use this option to remove products from your webstore and hide them from your customers the moment they become out of stock
  • Show but as “Out of Stock” – Use this option if, once a product is out of stock, you would like to keep the product on your webstore for your customers to see but mark is with an “Out of Stock” message.
