I am going on holiday. Can I suspend my webstore?

If you would like to temporarily or permanently close your webstore, click the Close / Suspend Store link in your Control Panel.

Going on Holiday/Vacation?

You can temporarily close your webstore at any time. Simply put a tick in the tickbox to suspend your store. You can also use the text box provided to leave a custom message for your shoppers to see whilst your store is suspended. When you are ready simply uncheck the tick box to re-open your store.
