Product Description

Brazil nut oil is an exotic product for Russia. Nevertheless, its value and benefit from the application are so great that V.A. Shemshuk in his book on rejuvenation put this oil in third place (after amaranth and flaxseed), if possible, to prepare an elixir of longevity on its basis. Even cedar, hemp and other oils, in his opinion, are less suitable for this. Let's figure out why Brazil nut oil is so valued.

First of all, we note that it is very important that during the extraction process the oil is not subjected to heat treatment and does not come into contact with the metal. We squeeze our oils by cold pressing (pressing) on wooden equipment (oak, ash). It is this type of spinning process that is the most gentle and allows you to save all the useful minerals and trace elements of the feedstock in the final product.

The value and benefits of the Brazil nut are due to its unique nutritional properties. Walnut contains 70% fat, and more than 41% is unsaturated fat. Due to the high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, Brazil nut oil lowers blood cholesterol, improves blood coagulation, improves its quality and normalizes sugar levels. So even body weight returns to normal.

In addition, Brazil nuts contain a lot of selenium and the antioxidant flavonin. Selenium is also called an element of longevity. It supports healthy and clean skin, hair beauty, nourishes our cells - especially brain cells, prevents and stops the development of cancerous tumors.

The substances contained in Brazil nut oil strengthen immunity, normalize blood sugar, promote the growth and formation of new cells, and prevent cataracts, cardiovascular and nervous diseases. The use of this product also has the following healing effects on the body:

- activates the brain;

- strengthens teeth and bones;

- helps to cleanse the body;

- reduces the level of "bad" cholesterol;

- normalizes glucose levels;

- struggles with physical fatigue and emotional exhaustion;

- improves metabolic processes in the body;

- slows down the aging process;

- prevents the development of malignant neoplasms.

Nutritionists recommend taking Brazil nut oil for diseases of the thyroid gland, for pathologies of the cardiovascular system, atherosclerosis, digestive problems and cataracts.

Cooking Application

Brazil nut oil is as popular in America as peanut butter. It is used in the confectionery industry, and in many recipes.

Even just freshly baked yeast-free bread with Brazil nut butter is a real pleasure at any time of the day. Give it a try!

Application in cosmetology

The greatest distribution of Brazil nut oil was in cosmetology. It has a record amount of vitamin E, which is very useful for maintaining healthy skin.

The second important quality - Brazil nut oil has excellent moisturizing and healing qualities. Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, this oil can be successfully used to treat acne, heal cuts, wounds, burns. Therefore, Brazil nut oil is widely used by cosmetologists all over the world when creating moisturizing and nourishing preparations. It is able to penetrate deep enough into the skin, turning into a thin film that protects against drying out and moisture loss. They make balms, creams and hair conditioners.

Unsaturated fatty acids contained in Brazil nut oil neutralize free radicals, which means they significantly slow down the aging process of the body, leaving our skin for a long time young, fresh and radiant.

Recipes for use in cosmetology

Enrichment of cosmetic preparations. Having decided to add Brazil nut oil to a cream or tonic, for 10 g of cosmetic product it is enough to take 5-6 drops of nut oil and mix everything thoroughly. In a 200 ml bottle with shampoo, add 15–20 drops of oil.

Wrinkle Remedy. The finished mixture must be applied to the scalp, massage it thoroughly for 10 minutes and, covering it with a scarf, leave the product for 30 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Performing such procedures twice a week, after a month you will be surprised at the result!

Contraindications

The high content of selenium in nuts can be a real poison for the body. In addition, in the composition of the Brazil nut, although in a negligible amount, there is radium - a dangerous radioactive substance. That is why doctors do not recommend consuming more than 1. tsp. oil per day.

In addition, it must be remembered that for some people, Brazil nut is the strongest allergen, which means that people prone to allergies should use this product with extreme caution.

Shelf Life and Storage

Keep oil away from direct sunlight in a cool place. Because Brazil nut does not lose its properties for two years, even if stored without shell, the Brazil nut oil in a closed form has a sufficiently long shelf life (up to 1 year).

However, we recommend that you do not store our oils for more than 3 months. It’s better to buy freshly pressed oil in a month or three than to continue to use the old one, which will be much more useful. Moreover, we give you such an opportunity;)
