STCW Vessel Personnel with Designated Security Duties

Vessel/Facility personnel who do have Designated Security Duties, are required to have further instruction in Maritime Security Awareness, including development and maintenance of Security Plans. All vessel personnel who have specific shipboard security related assignments are required to have the skills and knowledge needed to perform those duties.
