Annual Membership (newsletter by post)

Keeping 45133 in good order is an on-going complex and expensive undertaking. Continual work by volunteers in terms of maintenance, restoration and fund raising is needed to ensure that our loco continues in good working order for present and future generations to enjoy.

We invite you to help by joining the Society and doing your part to ensure that our loco has a long term future.

All members receive ‘Peak Power’; the society’s magazine which is produced four times per year. A membership card is also provided and you will receive a donation certificate in recognition of the generosity you have shown to the Society. Members have voting rights at meetings of the society. Members are also entitled to discounted travel at the Midland Railway, Butterley on production of a valid membership card at the booking office.

All members are welcome to assist in the maintenance and restoration of 45133. We actively encourage new volunteers and there is always plenty of work for both skilled and unskilled members alike.

You too can be part of keeping 45133 in operational service for future generations to see and hear, and to help keep the memories of the Peaks alive.
