Noni Powder 5 lb - Medicine of the GODS - Anti-tumor, Anti-inflammatory, Stimulate Immune System, Correct Allergies, Arthritis, Sleep Disorders, Mig Summary

Noni plants have a lot of potential in the medical world.
Noni is rich in amino acids, minerals, vitamins and phyto-nutrients, for a variety of medicinal applications. Noni is packed full of vitamins and nutrients.

Because of the nutrients the noni fruit possesses, it's used to treat a variety of health issues including, AIDS, Cancer, high blood pressure, arthritis, migraine head aches,  ulcers, depression, sprains, menstrual cramps, pain relief, inflammation, burns, fever, food poisoning, intestinal worms, fibromyalgia  and joint problems.

Noni was used by Polynesia traditional healers for the treatment of cuts, bruises and wounds. A poultice made from noni leaves are commonly used topically for wounds; the unripe fruit is used for mouth sores, gingivitis, toothaches, and abscesses. It's actually thought that Chinese immigrants may have introduces their medicinal techniques to use the ripened noni fruit for internal ailments. This "miracle fruit" said to help stimulate the immune system to help fight off cancer.

The noni contains many vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and beneficial alkaloids. In fact, it contains a very important alkaline, xeronine. Xeronine is found in all the cells of microorganisms, plants, animals, and humans. This alkaloid plays a fundamental role in the function of all body cells and allows proteins to carry out all their individual duties.

Because the xeronine works with endorphins to ease pain and cause a sense of euphoria, it's the bodies supreme pain killer and a rather effective sedative. Though many people acquire xeronine in their diets, some scientists worry it may not be enough. Many nutrients we acquire from our foods are being lost due to poor soil and unhealthy crops, and a lack of this essential alkaline can cause illness. Not only does this plant contain xeronine, but also proxeronine, which is better. Proxeronine is the precursor to xeronine and allows the body to control how much xeronine is produced.  This allows the proteins in the body to do what they were designed to do. Noni also contains essential amino acids in its roots and leaves.

Noni also contains a chemical called damnacanthal in its roots. Damnacanthal has been found to be effective in successfully changing cancer cells back to normal cells. A study with mice with cancer showed that when treated with noni they lived longer.

The function of the pineal gland is improved with the use of noni juice. Noni juice helps to normalize blood and sugar levels. Internal uses include: digestion aid, treatment for intestinal parasites, and to assist with respiratory problems, such as congestive cough and chest colds.

Noni contains photo-chemicals, macronutrients and micronutrients that are beneficial to human health. Noni is full of antioxidants that boost the immune system. Noni aids in cellular health by opening up the cells so they can better receive nutrients. Because of the high potassium levels, Noni is known to help muscles and nerves communicate better for optimal health. It is used to treat depression and anxiety. Organic noni is a natural way of helping the body to relieve stress.

Organic raw Noni is a potent source antioxidants, polysaccarhides, vitamins and minerals that support a healthy immune system. Our raw whole fruit organic Noni powder helps strengthen the digestive system and increase energy and vitality. Traditional healers have used Noni (Morinda citrifolia) for many health conditions for thousands of years. In the late 20th century, western science confirmed what millions of people already knew. The Noni fruit is known as the "Queen of Health Plants" due to its wide range of applications. Noni stimulates the production of T-cells (white blood cells) in the immune system. T-cells play a pivotal role supporting good health. An immunomodulatory polysaccharide-rich substance from the Noni fruit has been found to possess both prophylactic and therapeutic properties in supporting healthy and normal cellular tissue growth. Further scientific studies on Noni's abilities to support healthy and normal cellular tissue growth are being conducted. Noni is also being used for antibacterial and antiseptic purposes and contains 17 of the 20 known amino acids, including all 9 essential amino acids.

Raw Noni is excellent for digestion, infection, depression, thyroid function, arthritis, fatigue, pain, addictions, headaches, and muscular degeneration. Woman's World magazine, May 9, 2000, quotes Dr. Neil Soloman, who has studied the effects of Noni on more than 12,000 people. He has found that it is a natural pain killer and anti-inflammatory that is 75% as strong as morphine, yet non-addictive and side effect free. Dr. Soloman's research shows that Noni is effective for everything from migraines to osteoarthritis to fibromyalgia. The Woman's World article sites additional research which details Noni's ability to stimulate the immune system and open blood vessels so blood can move through them more easily. These studies studies also suggest that Noni could help at least 40% of cancer patients beat their disease. Dr. A. Hirazumi, researcher at the University of Hawaii, School of Medicine, found that Noni significantly raised the T-cell count in the body. T-cells are like tiny soldiers of the immune system, helping to keep out invaders and toxins.

Vitamin C

Noni contains nearly as much vitamin C as an orange. According to Scot C. Nelson and Craig R. Elevitch, authors of "Noni: The Complete Guide for Consumers and Growers," 1 oz. of noni juice contains 10.4 mg of vitamin C in comparison to the 12.9 mg of vitamin C in 1 oz. of orange juice. MayoClinic.com states that men over the age of 18 should consume approximately 90 mg of vitamin C each day and women should consume approximately 75 mg.

Vitamin A

Approximately 3 mg of vitamin A is contained in 1 oz. of noni juice, according to Nelson and Elevitch. Vitamin A supports eye function, bone metabolism and cellular health. Both men and women over the age of 18 should consume approximately 700 mg of vitamin A each day. The amount found in noni is minute in comparison to the recommended intake, but it does contribute to the vitamin content of the fruit.

Vitamin B-3

Vitamin B-3, often known as niacin, helps regulate your body's sleep cycle and promotes healthy skin function. According to Nelson and Elevitch, 1 oz. contains just over .1 mg of vitamin B-3. The recommended intake of vitamin B-3 is 14 mg daily for women and 16 mg per day for men. Consuming too much vitamin B-3 can result in skin rashes and dry, itchy skin. In contrast, a deficiency in vitamin B-3 can result in a disease known as pellagra, which causes diarrhea, dementia and dermatitis.

Other Nutrients

Other nutrients found in the noni fruit include potassium, sodium, calcium and iron. According to Nelson and Elevitch, 1 oz. of noni juice contains 32 mg of potassium, 2.6 mg of sodium, .8 mg of calcium and .02 mg of iron. Approximate recommended daily intake is 2,500 mg of potassium, 2,000 mg of sodium, 1,000 mg of calcium and 15 mg of iron. Additionally, the noni fruit provides minute amounts of biotin, vitamin B-1, vitamin B-12 and beta carotene.
