This is a higher end brand, that was created by Phantom Hosiery. It was sold off to Doris Hosiery Mills, and is no longer being produced.
It was inspired by European hosiery, because the designers wanted to bring European quality to Canadian hosiery.
Some Sillks Desire styles were made in Italy. Others were made in Canada, and others were made in China.
