We make every effort to supply accurate photos and details of all the pieces we sell.
VAT will not be charged on items as Lynn Hazel is not VAT registered.
Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after funds have cleared, unless items are out of stock - in which case you'll be emailed once your order has been made and informed of the situation. Once an order for an out of stock piece has been received, Lynn will make every effort to start sculptuing it within 1-working day. Orders of out of stock items will reach the purchaser within 14 days of funds being cleared.
Within the UK, orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class. Anybody from outside of the United Kingdom should contact us to get a shipping quote prior to making a purchase
Refunds & Returns
If we are unable to supply any advertised product for any reason, a full refund will be given at no cost to the customer.
We do not offer refunds on any returned item unless it has been misrepresented. If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling is non refundable.
On any occasion a refund is granted for a misrepresented item, a “return reference” must be obtained from lynnhazel.co.uk prior to return postage.
Any returned item must be sent within 7-days of receipt of item and must be sent in original packaging. The item must also be returned with Royal Mail compensation cover adequate to cover the sale price of the item.
Any refunds given shall be supplied in the same form as the original purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
