YOUTH: XS = OUT / S = OUT / M = Euro 160 / L = OUT (consider Adult Small -- it's about 4 inches longer than the L and 1-inch wider -- not much difference!)
ADULT sizing is Men's sizes (recommended to size down for women) - Note the Adult Small is a great option for Youth Large!
