Summer Summit Vendor

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor in our Summit Shoppe on July 26, 2025 at Midway Baptist Church located at 4512 Ellis Drive, Kountze, Texas 77625. There are three ways you can exhibit your homeschool products or services at the Summer Summit.

1. You may send a company representative to exhibit your products or services where your company can have personal contact with potential purchasers and be able to answer those important questions.

2. You may mail materials to Texas HOME Educators, 6235 Hwy 69 South, Kountze, TX 77625 by July 1, 2022 and our convention committee will display your products in the Summit Shoppe. These materials will be given away as door prizes at the end of the day.

3. You may advertise your products or services in the attendee take-home-totes. Please mail at least 80 catalogs, brochures, or promotional products to Texas HOME Educators, 6235 Hwy 69 South, Kountze, TX 77625 by July 1, 2024. Even if you are a vendor in the Summit Shoppe, this is a great way to make sure each homeschool mom has your information when they get home.

Each vendor will receive booth space, website listing, printed program listing, access to summit sessions, and more! We treat our vendors as our attendees! Your booth space will include one table. You will be responsible for bringing your own tablecloth and decorations for your booth. We will email vendors one week before the event with the full schedule, including set-up time. All vendor fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the Summer Summit. If you have any questions, please email susanmreed22@gmail.com.
