Christmas Opening 2015

Last orders will be processed Wed 23rd December before 1PM.

We will try and process some orders between Christmas and new year, but we are not officially open.

We will reopen officially 9:00AM Monday 4th January 2016

Owing to (almost certain) upcoming UK Legislation, we have decided to remove all 24mg pre made e-liquids from our range, to re-align in preparation of this requirement.

The maximum nicotine strength available in our pre-made e-liquid will now be 18mg (1.8% nicotine)

We will continue to offer our DIY range of concentrates, PG, VG, Nicotine, and all equipment required to our Home E-Liquid Makers / tweakers (subject to age restrictions, etc).

Our New Logo Has been Released

Please be advised that due to a family Wedding, any orders placed from 10.00am 10th December will not get made up till the afternoon of the 12th December. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

We have noticed that Royal Mail delivery times have increased this last few weeks, it is more than likely due to the build up to Christmas, what was taking a day or two is now taking a week plus.... we have no control over this, please order in plenty of time.

We must be doing things right as we have been nominated for Vendor of the Month at POTV

There have been reports of batteries catching fire in the news recently, although it is a very very rare occurance and newspapers always sensationalise stories of this nature. 

(The truth is they are the same batteries as used in mobile phones, laptops, etc).

We advise that you only use the correct type of charger supplied with the battery, and never leave the battery unattended when charging.

There are charging safety bags on the market (we do not supply at present), you may want to investgate these further.

Looks Like the issue with Aunty Flo's Pear Drops has been solved!
New Batch has passed testing, but we are keeping our eye on it.
Available in 18mg only for the rest of this week, subject to the next batch passing our tests, all variations will be back on sale next week.

Sunday 10th March 2013

We have moved our business (and home) to Norwich, Norfolk.
Business will resume as normal on Monday and any outstanding orders along with orders placed over the weekend will be made-up and dispatched Monday.

We are also pleased to announce a new member of staff is joining the team from Monday.

We are moving Business Premises 250 miles on the afternoon of Thursday 7^th March & Friday 8^th March 2013.

 We apologise for any disruption to our usual quick and speedy service during this time.

Aunti Flo's Pear Drops has temporarily been withdrawn from sale as "The Alchemist" is not happy with the latest batch of Pear flavouring that has been supplied.

We are sorry but he will not release something he is not 100% happy with.

Normal service will be resumed as soon as he finds a solution.

Moving Premises

 The success of The Alchemists Cupboard has forced us to relocate ahead of the expected time. We will be moving to larger premises sometime between the 2nd and the 9th of March 2013. Not yet exactly sure of the date as It’s all down to when the IT people get their act together.

Disruptions to service will be kept to a minimum and we hope to meet the same service standards we currently supply throughout the move, however there may be some slight disruption on the actual day of move.

At the same time we are pleased to announce that another permanent member of staff will be added to the team, to help cope with the ever increasing workload and orders.

We thank all past, present and future customers in their understanding and look forward to being able to continue supplying the best quality products and service that we have achieved a reputation for.

New contact details, address and phone numbers will be updated as we move.

Paypal Issue Has been Resolved

PayPal are having technical problems... Payments made via the store checkout / Paypal, are being debited from the buyers account and credited to the Webstore account OK, but Paypal are not forwarding the purchase details (what the order is for) to the Webstore!

Temporarily, I do not know what has been ordered, until the WebShop and Paypal Servers catch up.... This shouldn't be long, and nothing to worry about, but I just want to inform people that the making up of your order may be delayed a few hours.
