Mistakes

Delivery
We process all orders as they are received and goods are sent out as soon as we receive your payment. Goods should reach the customer within 3 working days in Belgium, or more depending on your country.

12,60€ per item for VINYL'S (France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland ONLY !)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :
4€ per item for CDs

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event a product is found to be faulty, we are happy to replace it for you. Please note that we do not refund purchases under any circumstances.
Mistakes
In the event of a mistake being made with a customers bill, order, receipt or payment, we will correct the problem as soon as possible.
Complaints
Our customers are very important to us. We promise to acknowledge all complaints within five days and to resolve all problems as quickly and efficiently as we can. Please email all complaints to webstore@why2k.com. We endeavour to resolve all complaints within seven working days.
