Craig Gemeiner
- The Author of Bootfighter Catalogue DVDs
Beginning his martial arts training in 1975 along with a coaching background starting in 1982, Craig Gemeiner has provided demonstrations, lectures, and workshops to various martial arts academies, educational institutions and major promotional events.
Gemeiner specializes in the study of traditional Western fighting arts, particularly Savate and its associated disciplines, and adapting them to modern use. He is one of few instructors in the world teaching ‘Defense dans la Rue’ , a system of self-defense developed in Paris during the late 1800s and has given seminars in Australia, Japan, USA, New Zealand and Italy.

- Savate de Rue- Defense dans La Rue (traditional French self defense)
- Savate – French kickboxing
Additional qualifications include
- a silver glove in savate
- a fencing master in modern fencing
- a senior free -scholar graduate from the ARMA group
Craig was a founding member of the Australian Savate Federation Inc, recognized by the Federation International de Savate (FIS), and served as its first president and technical director from 2002 through to 2009 , he currently serves as the offical FIS Australian representaive. In 2005 he won the Asian Pacific Savate Championships in the 65kg-70kg division, and a gold medal in the Savate Tokyo Open competition both 2017 & 2018. In 2008 Craig captained the first Australian team to compete at the World Savate Assaut Championships in Paris.
He has competed in full contact martial arts, fencing, boxing, kickboxing , Savate and has formal training in 'Canne de Combat' , 'Free Style' Wrestling and 'Catach as Catch Can' Wrestling.
Since 2002 Craig has released a number of ground breaking Savate videos
He has written articles for such magazines as Bujitsue international, English Fighters, savateaustralia.com and Japan based cultural martial arts magazine “Hiden“, Black Belt.

1. Check your email. Invitations to view private videos will be sent to your email. If you do not see an email invite, check your social or spam folder. If you can't find an email invite, you may not have received an invite.
2. When you receive your email,click on invite. The email subject will be "Bootfighter Catalogue has shared a video with you on YouTube." Or “Bootfighter Catalogue sent you a video.”
3. Click the YouTube logo with the ellipse. The email will have a large image with the YouTube logo, but only with “three dots” instead of the "play" triangle. Click the image to view the video on YouTube.
