My 6 year old thoroughly enjoyed Pierre's adventures. Its beautifully written and quite engaging for the children. We took one to school for the whole class. The teacher read the book and they all loved it. It was appreciated by everyone.

The rhyming verse is beautifully written, it carries you along in a very enjoyable and compelling rhythm, and I like the way the font is changed for key words. The illustrations are lovely to, and it all ends up with a happy moral ending. This is such fun to read along with a young child.

We really enjoyed reading Pierre's adventure. I read it aloud to Eddie (7) first. He immediately read it back to me, enjoying the rhyme and emphasis given in the text and loving the different voices for the characters! We're looking forward to seeing what Pierre gets up to in his next adventure....

Pierre the Cat is a very fun book with great illustrations to accompany the story. The book keeps you guessing to see what our friend Pierre will get up to. My son is 6 years old and really enjoyed the story and the great illustrations. The book was also challenging as some words my son was unsure about which provoked good conversation between us to discuss their meanings and when they would be used. We look forward to Pierre s next adventure.

After one read, Pierre has already become a firm favourite in our classroom - children and staff! I shared this story with my reception class and they absolutely loved it. They were able to join in with the rhyming words and found Pierre a very interesting character! There were lots of opportunities for them to predict, discuss and giggle. They are already asking about Pierre s next adventure! This is a real gem of a story that should not be missed!

My 3 year old really enjoyed this book! Although we don t have a pet, it would be perfect for those who have a cat. The story has a great rhyme and rhythm and it told from the perspective of the cat. You can read it aloud in different voices for the different characters, which adds to the fun. I m sure we ll be reading this book over and over!

A fantastic story about Pierre the cat going on an adventure, meeting different characters along the way and discovering new things. My daughters absolutely love it and it's now a regular bedtime favourite in our house, we would highly recommend it!

My Granddaughter (aged 5) and I read this book together and loved it. She found it great fun and really laughed at the humour and illustrations. Bonjour, I am 4yrs old. Pierre is a naughty cat, who should eat his own dinner. I give this 4 out of 5 (because Pierre was Naughty), but I like the story. Glenn reads it the Best, then Mummy and Daddy. I've learnt to speak French from Pierre. Au Revoir. Zara. Great book, love the moral of the story.
