After one run on the K2 Luv Struck 80 you will be pretty smitten with this ski. The Luv Struck has an 80mm waist designed for the intermediate to advanced skier to spend most of her time on the trail, but will head off to the fresh snow once in a while. The Luv Struck has K2's Channel Light Core that is women's specific and removes excess weight with grooving channels that run the center for the entire length of the ski. The BioFlex Core remains on the perimeter of the ski with a blend of Aspen, Paulownia and Bamboo that is rigid and soft in the right spots to provide women with a softer flexing ski that will require less mass or energy but put out tremendous stability and rebound. Hybritech Sidewalls have a slight cap construction on the tips and tails that improve the maneuverability with the majority of the ski has vertical sidewalls that improve the torsional strength and edge hold on firm snow. The Tapered Tip provides plenty of control in soft and variable snow by reducing the swingweight and that hooky feeling you may encounter. If you're searching for a new love, get shot by Cupid's Arrow with the K2 Luv Struck 80!

REVIEW: It's a great lightweight women's ski. It's great on the frontside and great long turns. A little more forgiving on the short turns. Has a nice little snap coming back on it. It skis long but if you're a frontside kind of gal you're going to love this ski all day. Lightweight - you're not going to get tired on it. I give it a 4 out of 5 rating.
Frontside skis are narrow for carving on-trail
Narrow - ideal for on-trail, hardpack & groomed conditions
Medium - the casual skier with athletic ability
