This DVD was an awesome! It made multiple light bulbs go off in my head! The points he gives is so right on. I am going to have to listen to it again and take notes to carry on my clip board so I can review them often throughout my shift. I began doing some of those things during my Daniel fast and they truly make my shift more enjoyable. A must have for anyone and everyone in the workplace.
