This fun routine comprises of a warm up, takes you through some classic belly dance moves then gives you a specially designed dance routine using some of the moves you will have studied.

Polly and Sophie will show you the basic moves that have been specially chosen to sculpt and strengthen the abs, waist, stomach, arms, legs and hips with seductive middle eastern rhythms.  You will find this dvd fun to learn and sensually stimulating.
